3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.
4. Delivery Time: The delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, standard shipping takes between 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping may take 1-3 business days.

6. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Door Step. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy. Here are the details:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
2. Time Frame: You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
